Breanna Hycnar, RN, BSN- Breanna is a registered nurse with the Beloit Health System. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Edgewood College in Madison, WI.
Counseling Center Staff:
Nikki Bengtson, MS, LPC-IT, NCC - Ms. Bengtson has a Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from UW-Whitewater. She serves as mental health care coordinator and mental health counselor for the clinic, completing triage assessments, assisting psychiatrists and prescribers with medication needs and counseling and assisting with crisis interventions. Her clinical interests include working with children, adolescents and young adults in the treatment of anxiety and mood disorders from a trauma-informed framework.
Briana Cox - Ms. Cox has a Master of Social Work from UW-Milwaukee, ans is a Certified Advanced Practice Social Worker and Substance Abuse Counselor- In Training. She serve's as the clinic's Mental Health Care Coordinator, Mental Health and Substance Abuse therapist. She provides triage assessments, manages crisis intervention needs, assists psychiatrists and superscribes, as well as provides on going psychotherapy services. Her clinical interests include co-occurring disorders, substance use disorders, anxiety, and depression.
Amy Lindstrom, LCSW APSW - Ms. Lindstrom earned her Master's Degree in Social Work from Loyola University in Chicago. Amy provides care both at Beloit College as well as the Counseling Care Center at Beloit Memorial Hospital. She enjoys working with all ages, especially teens and young adults. Her clinical interests include autism spectrum disorders, parenting, anxiety, and life adjustment/transitions.
Andrew Jadczak, MA, LPC - Mr. Jadczak has a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology from Northwestern University in Chicago and is a Licensed Professional Counselor. He provides therapy at Beloit College and the Counseling Care Center at Beloit Memorial Hospital. His clinical experience includes working with anxiety issues, personality disorders, adjustment issues, and anger management in a psychodynamic framework to build coping skills and insight.
Sherry Miller, MS, LPC, CSAC, ICS - Ms. Miller has a Master of Science in Human Service Community Counseling from National Louis University. She is dually licensed to treat mental health and substance abuse concerns. She is also licensed as an Independent Clinical Supervisor in the field of addictions. She has experience in the treatment of anger, anxiety, ADHD, depression, grief and loss, behavioral issues, fearfulness, addiction and co-occurring disorders.
