Beloit College’s

Summer Academy

High schoolers: Do you want to get a taste of what college is like and earn credit, all while having loads of fun? Get ready for a summer academic adventure like none other.

On nice days classes are often held in Science Center Garden.

Spend two weeks with us delving into the ideas, problem solving and methods central to college at our Summer Academy.

Dates: June 18th - July 1st, 2023

You will get to know a host of professors and students who will introduce you to a broad range of ways that academics can approach common problems. You will explore our city and region, using the tools you gain from fascinating lectures and workshops. And you will live on our beautiful campus on the Rock River, getting a taste of one of the country’s leading residential liberal arts colleges.

Participants earn 1 hour of transferable college credit for this two-week adventure and complete a project they can take away and share with others.
