Travel Arrangements to Beloit
Please complete the Travel & Arrival Form as soon as you know your travel plans. This allows us to know how and when you are arriving on campus.
If you plan to fly, O’Hare and Midway airports in Chicago are the most convenient points of access to Beloit. Van Galder Bus Company runs a shuttle between O’Hare and Midway airports and Madison, WI, stopping in South Beloit, IL on the way. A similar service is available from Union Station (Amtrak) in downtown Chicago.
A Beloit College van will meet students arriving between 11:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m on check-in days at the bus depot in South Beloit (at McDonalds/Road Ranger Travel Plaza) and take them to campus.
If you will be arriving to the bus depot in South Beloit earlier or later than these times, please contact the Center for Language Studies at 608-363-2079 or cls@beloit.edu ahead of time so that we can be there to meet you.
Beloit College is located in Beloit, Wisconsin, a small town just north the Wisconsin / Illinois state border.
