All group fitness classes are open to Beloit College students, faculty, and staff.  Feel free to drop in!

Long & Lean, Group Fitness Class with Megan

Offered weekly at 4:15pm on Mondays

An upbeat Pilates/Stretch based class that builds strength and flexibility.


Dance Jam, Group Fitness Class with Evelyn

Offered weekly at 5:30pm on Mondays

Move and groove like you are on the dance floor while getting a high energy cardio workout! Dance Latin, Hip-Hop, Bollywood, Country and more! No dance experience needed. Come in and loin the party!
