Permanent records are confidential between the student and the College. A student may request transcripts of their permanent academic records at any time; however, transcripts will not be released without the student’s authorizing signature and approval from the Accounting Office. All financial obligations to the College must be arranged to the satisfaction of the Accounting Office before a transcript may be prepared for a student.
Requests for transcripts must be made through the National Student Clearinghouse online order form using a credit card. Beloit College charges $5 per transcript, and the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) adds additional charges based on the type of the request.
Please allow 5-7 business days for the processing of your request.
To order a replacement diploma, please download and complete the Duplicate Diploma Request . There is a fee of $15 per diploma, and payment must be made by check or money order payable to Beloit College. Requests take approximately three weeks to complete. Additional fees for expedited service are outlined on the request form.

The Registrar’s Office issues verification for loan deferment, good student discount, etc. Students may stop by the office to request a status letter and should bring in any necessary forms provided by the requestor.
