The Office of the Registrar maintains and preserves the integrity of student academic records.

The staff coordinates the registration processes, collects and records grades, verifies enrollment, produces official transcripts, maintains course information and degree requirements, honors requests for student/course data, coordinates verification of degree requirements, posts degrees, and distributes diplomas.

We continually search for the latest technology to help us provide accurate and timely information and support services to all constituencies associated with the College, including current students, alumni/ae, faculty, and staff, all the while protecting the rights of students under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act. Each constituency is important to us, and all can expect our sincere efforts to assist them with their individual needs.
