If you are part of our campus community

This form is intended only to be used by outside organizations and/or individuals. If you are a member of the college and planning a college event, please go to the Campus Events section for information.

If you are an outside group looking to use our spaces

All inquiries for use of campus spaces by external groups for meetings, conferences, workshops, and other events must go through the Director of College Events as per event policy. Please complete the event request form to start a conversation.

You may also email specialevents@beloit.edu with any questions.

Non-profit organizations & alumni

All non-profit organizations and alumni that rent our spaces will receive a 20% cost reduction.

Things to know

  • Rentals of College facilities require a contract to be issued.
  • 50% deposit is required at time of contract execution.
  • Total balance is due 10 days prior to the event.
  • Half-day rentals allow for the use of a space for 4 hours or less.
  • All prices are subject to change.
  • All spaces are subject to availability.

Eaton Chapel during a major event.

750 pew seats.

AV/Technology

House sound system with three microphone inputs (on stage), basic stage lighting. All technology and controls are located in the control room, just off the main stage.

AV Staff not included in room rental. Must provide your own professional AV staff for your event.

Mayer Hall, Wilson Theatre

Up to 300 people

300 fixed chairs.

AV/Technology

Data/video projector, electric projection screen, CD/MP3 player, DVD/VCR, house sound system with eight microphone inputs (on stage), basic stage lighting. All technology controls are located in the sound booth.

AV Staff not included in room rental. Must provide your own professional AV staff for your event.

Fully integrated a/v system with an automated electric projection screen, rear wall mounted HD projector, front wall mounted speakers and an a/v presentation podium housing a computer, Blu-Ray player, and connections for laptops, HD video devices, and multiple microphones
