For Employers

We provide a variety of ways to connect with students who are ready for your opportunities.

Beloit College is a small, private liberal arts college with a focus on putting the liberal arts into practice. This means that our students are routinely called upon to apply their learning in a variety of settings, from applied research to professional internships, from study abroad to community service. Due to this integrated approach, our students are well-equipped to address complex issues thoughtfully, ethically, and collaboratively.

Options for Connecting with Beloit Students

Handshake

Is our online career management system where you can post internship and job openings free of charge. This database reaches all current Beloit students and many Beloit alumni.

On Campus Information Tables

Meet with students on a day of your choosing from a highly visible on-campus location. On Campus Tabling typically occurs during the lunch and/or dinner hour to maximize student traffic.

On Campus Interviews

We are able to offer room reservations for conducting interviews on campus. Room locations are available in the Career and Community Engagement Center or in other campus buildings, depending upon your needs.

On Campus Information Sessions

We can help you book a room and advertise your information session. Connect with students from around campus, in person. In addition to space, we can offer access to computers and projection equipment.

Inclusivity, Anti-Racism, & Employers

In the Career and Community Engagement Center, we partner with organizations that:

  • are committed to providing equal access to opportunities to all student and alumni members of our community;
  • see the value of a diverse and inclusive workforce and the ways it makes organizations strong;
  • and promote an equitable workplace in both policies and practices.
