(STUDENTS ONLY) Get your cardio and meditation all at once with this upbeat workout mix of Yoga and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)! Yoga will strengthen, tone, and stretch your entire body and has many stress relieving qualities. HIIT has been proven to help you burn calories faster and for longer. This intermediate level barefoot class consists of 3 parts. Practice yoga sun salutations and warrior poses, 20-30 minutes of HIIT then, restorative poses and savasana.
