    Senator Tammy Baldwin (D-Wis.) will address Beloit College’s 163rd graduating class at its commencement ceremony on Sunday, May 12, the college announced today. The newly installed senator, who has represented the Beloit community since 1999, was the unanimous selection of the college’s senior class officers.
