MATH, the senior art exhibition, is on display in the Wright Museum of Art now through Sunday, May 12.

An opening reception was held on Friday (April 12) when the 10 graduating studio art students featured in the exhibit showed off their art.

The traditional and digital works include paintings, illustrations, printmaking and sculptures.  The works also differ greatly in concept, ranging from animated poetry and revisited Russian literature to a full installation of a living room and a deconstructed railroad tie.

Though the art represents a broad array of topics and styles, MATH compiles them so that the whole is greater than the sum of its parts.

MATH is on display in the North, South and Hollensteiner Galleries.
