Diego Garcia-Sayan will discuss "Current Challenges to Democracy and Human Rights in Latin America”
Weissberg Chair in International Studies Diego Garcia-Sayan will give his keynote lecture tonight (Friday, April 12) at 8 p.m. in Eaton Chapel. Free and open to the public, the lecture is titled "Current Challenges to Democracy and Human Rights in Latin America.”
