Human rights activist to speak on “The Arab Spring”

Human rights activist, author and scholar Radwan Ziadeh will be giving a public lecture on “The Arab Spring” on Monday, Nov. 7, at 4 p.m. in Morse-Ingersoll Hall’s Richardson Auditorium.

Ziadeh is the founder and director of the Damascus Center for Human Rights Studies in Syria and co-founder and executive director of the Syrian Center for Political and Strategic Studies in Washington, D.C. He is currently serving as a visiting scholar at Dubai Initiative at Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.

The lecture is free and open to the campus and community.
