Description

Beloit College seeks a Visiting Assistant Professor/Instructor of Chemistry starting January 2025. Candidates are expected to have completed the requirements (or all requirements but the dissertation) for the Ph.D. degree by January 2025. There is flexibility around the teaching schedule for this job and we are especially interested in candidates that have experience teaching general chemistry, physical chemistry, and instrumental methods courses. The course load for this position will be one or two laboratory courses for the spring semester. We seek candidates who have demonstrated success in working with diverse populations of students. This position is an excellent opportunity to teach in a department known for innovative pedagogy.
