Hello! My name is Maij Sprenger-Otto (pronounced mai, my, or ma-je) and I am from Minneapolis, Minnesota. Currently a junior, I am majoring in History & Anthropology with a Political Science minor. I am passionate about ensuring the Beloit College community is aware of it’s resources, especially those related to Beloit Student Government. I want to uplift my peers concerns, help further transparency within the College, and create a positive work environment. This semester, I’m involved in Green Team, OEC, Theta Pi Gamma, Beloit Cross Disability Coalition, CMSAI, Rocky Horror, and try to make it out to other events and club meetings when possible! I work on campus at the Box Office and as a Sustainability Assistant. I am a big fan of lakes and start every Communications Team meeting (and most others) with an icebreaker question.
