In this .25 unit course students learn the basics of health and wellness. This includes but is not limited to nutrition, meditation, fitness, stress and time management. Students set health goals, develop an understanding of how psychological and emotional health are connected to our overall well-being and identify lifestyle changes that enhance lifelong health.
