Caitlin is the Director of the McNair Scholars Program and instructor of Cultivating Community at Beloit College. A radical ethicist and certified meditation teacher, her work is rooted in the ethic of just relationship and joy.

Caitlin is also a Pedagogy Lab Fellow with The Center for Black, Brown, and Queer Studies and creates Open Educational Resources (freely available!) on liberatory education and mindfulness.
