An introduction to differential and integral calculus. Limits and continuity, derivatives and integrals of polynomial, trigonometric, exponential, and logarithmic functions, applications of derivatives to optimization and approximation, the Mean Value Theorem, and the Fundamental Theorem of Calculus.

Course Format Description

Some material will be presented asynchronously. Students are expected to attend synchronous virtual meetings M-F if possible. We will have some number of in-person meetings if circumstances permit. Students will also meet virtually with me individually and in small study groups that they schedule themselves. Please contact me ASAP to discuss accommodations if either: 1) you cannot attend virtual Zoom meetings at the scheduled course times; 2) you will have concerns about reliable internet access.
