Introduction to Drawing and Design
This studio course introduces the basic concepts, techniques, and processes of design and drawing. Pencil, ink, collage, charcoal, and other media are used to foster a comprehensive understanding of the descriptive, formal, and expressive possibilities of drawing and design. Course Format Description
In person meetings twice per week combined with asynchronous work and required studio time two days per week. Open studio time will also be assigned. Asynchronous work will consist of online demonstrations, readings, lectures, and independent studio time. Class meetings will take place TWThF.
