Before joining Beloit in 2016, Rowe garnered an eclectic mix of entrepreneurial and marketing experience. For 10+ years, she was a bench jeweler, designing, creating, and selling her jewelry wholesale and directly to customers.

Leaving the art/craft world behind, Rowe relocated back to her native Wisconsin and immersed herself in the corporate milieu of direct marketing, specializing in website copywriting.

Rowe earned her B.A. in English from Allegheny College.
