Kristin has been teaching at Beloit since 2007, and now also serves as an Associate Dean of the College. She regularly teaches Introduction to Psychology, Biological Psychology, Research Methods & Statistics, as well as Animal Cognition. Her research is focused on the behavior and cognition of non-human primates, and aims to investigate how socio-ecological variables influence learning and decision making in chimpanzees, gorillas, and brown capuchin monkeys. She is the co-author of nearly twenty peer-reviewed journal articles and three book chapters
