Enrollment CRM Specialist

Beloit College invites applications for an Enrollment CRM Specialist.

Responsibilities include the development and maintenance of our CRM (Technolutions Slate); developing queries, mailing lists, reports, and event registrations; the creation and orchestration of efficient and effective business process across the enrollment division; working with partners such as the Common Application, the College Board, ACT/NRCCUA, and Hobsons; overseeing the transfer of information to the college’s ERP (Jenzabar) and to other campus partners such as Financial Aid and Athletics; and serving as a project manager for office initiatives. The Enrollment CRM Specialist may also contribute to prospective student recruitment.

The successful candidate will love systems, delight in detail, relish organization, take initiative with ease, have an appetite for problem solving, and excel at getting things done. We seek someone who is creative, open-minded, ethical, a kind and generous colleague, and an excellent communicator. Familiarity with CRM/database systems is essential. Working knowledge of (or eagerness to learn) best practices in student recruitment and admission is preferred. While the ideal candidate will have one to three years of experience in admissions, enrollment management, or an applicable operations or systems role, entry level candidates with exceptional aptitude be considered.
