Morello brings strong business leadership and entrepreneurial experience to his teaching after serving in roles that included Chief Operating Officer of a major beer wholesaler; manager and co-founding board member of the largest dedicated contract brewer in the U.S.; and founder, president and CEO of a proprietary brand development enterprise.

In addition to his insights into manufacturing, marketing, and government regulation, Morello is deeply connected to the entrepreneurship community, making him well-positioned to provide contacts and opportunities for students to gain experience by attending industry events, interning, and meeting successful entrepreneurs and business leaders.

Morello also brings valuable practical and academic insights gained throughout his career that serve students by preparing them for opportunities and successful careers in the startup world and commercial business.
