Joe works as a real estate developer and director of asset management at a multi-family-housing development company in New York City. His job is to create, review, and execute business plans such as rehabilitating properties and implementing energy projects. Joseph sees projects through to completion, doing everything from inquiring about new properties, distributing funds, working with architects and contractors, and figuring out returns. He enjoys the marketing and affordable housing aspects of his job the most.
