Cole is a self-employed real estate investor. He runs his own apartment rehabilitation and rental company, obtaining loans from investors, utilizing them to purchase and fix up local houses, and turning the houses into rent-producing properties. Cole considers himself to be a hands-on worker and does much of the construction himself in addition to managing the business end. His favorite part of his job is being accountable for his own work.
