Gisela Sarabia Sandoval, a member of Beloit’s class of 2022, was born in the United States and lived here until she was 10 years old. Her family then returned to Mexico.

“I was made to decide if I wanted to keep living with my family and stay comfortable or get an education”, she says in an interview with The Janesville Gazette.
