Design development, the second phase in the Powerhouse construction project, was complete in mid-October 2017.Our partners at Studio Gang Architects have helped us hone in on what the Powerhouse will contain (e.g., the Powerhouse will contain a cafe, wellness center, and fitness space, among other things) and where those program elements will be located (e.g., the cafe will be on the main turbine gallery level, along with the wellness center, and the fitness space will be on level 3).What is in the Powerhouse and where it is generally located is unlikely to change from here on out; now it is all about refinement.
