“Fall 2022 Faculty/Staff COVID Testing” letter sent to Beloit employees
Dear Faculty and Staff,
As we prepare for the fall 2022 semester, our goal is to continue to reduce infection and limit transmission and spread of the COVID-19 virus within our Beloit College community. Following are the requirements for our safe return.
Faculty and staff will be required to provide documentation of a negative COVID-19 test before the start of the fall semester. This can be a rapid antigen test (at-home test) or a PCR test, performed one to six days before August 29. (Test August 23 - 28) Tests performed outside this time frame will not be accepted. Please fill out the required information in this form after you complete your test.
- If your test is negative, please upload a picture of the test via the form.
- If your test is positive, seek medical care with your own primary health care provider as needed and contact Heather McLean in Human Resources at 608-363-2628 or mcleanh@beloit.edu for further instructions on when to return to campus. Please upload a picture of the test via the form.
- If you have recovered from COVID-19 within the past 90 days, you will not be required to test, but still need to complete the form.
Thank you in advance for your cooperation so that we can get our in-person semester off to a great start on August 29. Self-care is community care.
Be Well,
The COVID-19 Task Force
