Students and employees must take COVID-19 test before fall 2022 semester
A negative COVID-19 test is required prior to returning to campus for the fall 2022 semester. The test must be done 1-6 days prior to your arrival date using either a rapid antigen test (at home test) or a PCR test.
What you need to know
- Students and employees must take a rapid antigen test (at home test) or a PCR test 1-6 days before arriving on campus. Tests done outside of that timeframe will not be accepted.
- The only exception from testing is for anyone who have previously had and recovered from COVID-19 within the past 90 days of their arrival date, but completing a submission form is still required.
Students
- Students must fill out the required Google form after completing their test or to report their recent recovery from COVID-19.
- If you receive a negative result: you may continue with your travel plans.
- If you receive a positive result: do not come to campus yet, seek medical care, and contact the Health and Wellness Center by phone 608-363-2331 for further instructions.
- Students who do not complete a COVID-19 test or provide documentation of their test or recovery will not be allowed to check in.
Employees
- Employees must fill out the required Google form after completing their test or to report their recent recovery from COVID-19.
- If you receive a negative result: you may plan to return to campus.
- If you receive a positive result: seek medical care with your own primary health care provider as needed and contact Heather McLean in Human Resources at 608-363-2628 or mcleanh@beloit.edu for further instructions on when to return to campus.
