Employer Career Development Resources

Beloit College is a small, private liberal arts college with a focus on putting the liberal arts into practice. This means that our students are routinely called upon to apply their learning in a variety of settings, from applied research to professional internships, from study abroad to community service. Due to this integrated approach, our students are well-equipped to address complex issues thoughtfully, ethically, and collaboratively.

We invite you to post internship and job openings to our online database, the Toolbox. This database reaches all current Beloit students and many Beloit alumni.  Employers are able to post positions free of charge. Contact the Liberal Arts in Practice Center at with any questions.

In addition to our job posting site the Toolbox, Beloit College is pleased to offer the following opportunities for employers to connect with our students.

On Campus Information Tables

Meet with students on a day of your choosing from a highly visible on-campus location. Contact Director of Career Development, Jessica Fox Wilson, in order to schedule your visit.

On Campus Interviews

We are able to offer room reservations for conducting interviews on campus. We have interview rooms available for convenience to you and our students. Contact Director of Career Development, Jessica Fox Wilson, in order to begin planning your visit.

On Campus Information Sessions

We can help you book a room and advertise your information session. Connect with students from around campus, in person.

Additionally, we often invite employers to campus to discuss career-related subjects (individually or on panels), speak in classrooms, conduct practice interviews, or other related programs. Please email the Liberal Arts in Practice Center if you would like to learn more about any of these services or programs.
