Multi-faith pluralism means that all worldviews and wisdom traditions - including secular, humanist and atheistic ones - are included. No one gives up her/his/their faith or identity, but all are challenged to recognize enough of one another's valid human claims to build relationships marked by curiosity, compassion, respect and nonviolence.

The Unexamined Life is a 2012 documentary produced by Beloit alumnus Jesse Lopez-Cepero about the interactions between religious and secular students as a final project for Prof. Natalie Gummer's class "Secularity and Fundamentalism." In the class students studied interactions between secular and religious individuals in the United States, culminating with a project which studied their interactions on Beloit's campus.
