Access

Apartment keys must be picked up and returned to the Security Office located on the Lower Level of Pearsons Hall behind the Mail Center.

The Security Office is open 7 days a week/24 hours a day for your convenience.

Policies

• No pets/animals.
• No smoking throughout the house (apartments and hallways).
  
• Please be considerate of other tenants/guests.
• College students are not allowed to stay overnight or use the house as a gathering/party space.
• Minimum of 48 hour notice prior to check-in required for cancellations.  Cancellations within 48 hours of check-in will be subject to payment for the reserved nights.
• Cash or personal check payment (no credit card) for the total number of nights is due at the Security Office when checking-in.  When paying with cash, you must have the exact amount. Security does not give change.
