Blaisdell Guest House is located on the corner of Chapin Street and College Street. It was built in the mid-1850s and remodeled in 1989.

The house was restructured into five apartments.  Apartments A and B are reserved for long term lease.  Apartments C, D and E are short term rentals.

Each short term rental apartment sleeps up to three guests and has Wi-Fi, cable television, a full bathroom, a living room and a kitchen (stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishes, utensils, cookware, coffee maker).
