The following resources are available to help events planned by on-campus offices, departments, and individuals. Event coordinators should first submit their event through the Event Registration Form before contacting campus resources.
Signature Event Planning and Event Consulting
For all other planning of campus events, please follow the steps for planning an event on campus. If you have any questions or need consultation, please contact the Director of College Events.
- For campus events: templates for posters, Powerpoint presentations, etc. are available from Communications & Marketing's graphic resources.
- For signature, external, and public events: Communications & Marketing can provide creative assistance including posters, invitations, etc. You may request this service by filling out the Creative Request Form.

Facilities oversees all event setup and housekeeping for events. They also oversee grounds keeping on campus. Please review your event's room description in the room directory to see if the current room setup fulfills your needs. If you need additional assistance, please fill out the Event Setup Planner Form.

IT Department / Audio Visual
The Information Technology (IT) Department oversees all audio visual needs for events that may include either renting equipment or requesting AV setup by the Audio Visual Specialist. Please review your event's room description in the Room Directory to see if the AV capabilities within the room fulfills your needs. If you need additional AV support, please fill out the Schooldude form.

If you need access to a room that is normally locked, or you need to reserve parking for special events, please contact the Security Office at email@example.com or extension x2355.
Bon Appetit is the campus food service that can provide catering for your event and oversees any bar service for events in Pearsons Hall. Please submit your order through Catertrax.
