Res Life wants you to stay warm, keep tabs on possible cancellations

January 27, 2014

A note from the Residential Life offices:

Dear Students,

The weather forecast for today (Monday) and Tuesday calls for bitter cold temperatures and lots of wind, with highs below zero and a wind chill index well below zero. The college does not close but some classes may be adjusted by faculty as they try to travel to campus.  Students are asked to watch their email regarding changes to class meetings.

It is important to find your good hat and gloves and scarfs and warm winter coat as you move about campus on Monday and Tuesday

If your room/residence is unusually cold please call physical plant during the day (Monday through Friday) or security for all other times. All windows should be closed at this time as pipes can freeze very quickly.

If you are not sure about your class meeting time or if you need to go to your work study job please be proactive and contact your professor or supervisor.

If you have questions, please contact Residence Life.

Be Warm
