Due to changes initiated by the college’s bank, JP Morgan Chase, the deadline for payment request submissions to the Accounting Office is changing fromnoonon WednesdaytoMondays at4:30 p.m. This change takes effect the week ofSept. 26. Submissions received after this deadline will be paidthe following week. This includes all payments made on behalf of Beloit College that are not processed through payroll, including, but not limited to: payments to vendors, reimbursements, and honoraria. Paper checks designated to be picked up in the Accounting Office will be available atnoonon theFridayfollowing theMondaysubmission deadline. The Accounting Office reminds everyone that the sooner documents are submitted to Accounting the sooner they can be processed and budgets can be updated on the Portal.
