The new capital improvement request form is meant for departments to fill out if they are in need of capital equipment, renovations, construction, vehicles, academic equipment, etc. at some point in the next three fiscal years, in an amount costing over $5,000.
“Please remember that just because you fill out the form does not mean that the request is granted,” says the college’s controller and director of accounting, Jada Campbell. “Senior staff will review all the submissions and create a priority list for approval.”
Once projects or purchases are approved, departments will be notified.
