How To: Add Master Calendar events to your Google calendar

Recent feedback has led us to believe that not everyone is aware of this handy organizational tool: with just a few clicks, you can add Beloit College events from the Master Calendar to your own personal Google calendar—or any other Google calendar you manage, for that matter.

First, make sure you are logged in to the Gmail account (your college email account, for example) connected to your calendar. If you’re not already logged in, you will receive a prompt to log in once you try to add an event to your calendar.

Next, click on any individual event link in the Master Calendar to open it, like so:

Click on the “Import into your Google Calendar” link:

A screen will pop up with a Google Calendar form, already loaded with the event details—just click save, and the event will be added to your calendar. No copying and pasting necessary!
