The Beloit College Office of Institutional Research, Assessment & Planning coordinates research and analyses to inform the college decision-making process, support long-range planning, and provide public accountability. IRAP collaborates with offices across the campus to support and advise sustainable assessment that is aligned with institutional student learning outcomes, embedded in campus processes, and supportive of developmental opportunities for students, faculty and staff. As the official source for institutional statistics, IRAP also communicates relevant data to on- and off-campus audiences and oversees responses to external data requests from state and federal governments, consortia, and individuals.
The interim institutional research, assessment, and planning analyst is a full-time 6-month terminal position in the IRAP Office of Beloit College, reporting to the Director of IRAP. While the primary responsibilities of the position are noted in the link below, it is anticipated that the role of this position will evolve over the course of this interim period as the IRAP office transitions to new organizational structure and data management system. The interim IRAP analyst will support the office prior to the posting of a similar, permanent position in the summer of 2013.
