The college is seeking an academic records assistant in the registrar’s office for a full-time, 12-month appointment.
The academic records assistant is responsible for preparing and issuing transcripts and correspondence relating to student academic records, and assisting with registration and enrollment data processing and reporting.
Applicants must have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, detail orientation, and proficient computer and writing skills. High school degree or equivalent, some college or applicable equivalent experience preferred. Excellent fringe benefits include health, dental, vision and life insurance, vacation, sick leave, etc. Employees may take one free college course per term. Pension plan and free college tuition after two years.
