From HR: annual summary reports for life, health, and dental insurances

Participants in the college’s health, dental, and life, long term disability and/or voluntary life insurance plans have the right to periodically receive plan booklets, summary financial reports, and other plan information. 

To reduce the costs of printing and distributing this information, the human resources office posts this announcement of the summary annual reports, which are available by clicking on the PDFs at right.

If you would prefer a printed copy of the documents, please send a written request to Terri Dahl at and copies will be sent to you.  Covered employees who do not have access to computers at work will receive printed copies of the documents.
