Name: Erin Alden (pictured above, on the right).
Occupation: Assistant director and coordinator of international admissions.
Hometown/current residence: Rockford, Ill.
You may have seen me: In Middle College, or on an occasional tour around campus.
What are a few of your favorite things? Traveling, spending time with friends and family, and food.
Favorite meal? Chinese or Thai cuisine.
What can’t you live without? Chocolate.
What do you do in your free time? Spend time with my boyfriend, Nick, and our chocolate lab, Godiva.
Who are your top-three fantasy dinner party guests? Brian Urlacher, Barack Obama, and Princess Catherine.
Beatles or Stones? Beatles.
What’s the number one thing on your bucket list? I don’t know if it’s my number one, but I have always wanted to travel to Germany and visit Neuschwanstein Castle, and the Hofbräuhaus in Munich.
Proudest moments? Studying abroad in college at Regent’s College in London, and earning my MBA.
What are you most looking forward to? Getting to work with students from all over the world and getting them excited about the college experience at Beloit!
