Beloit College is seeking two individuals with excellent people and organizational skills who enjoy the challenges and rewards of working with a diverse group of faculty, staff, students, and external constituents in a liberal arts college community.

Primary responsibilities include providing office management, clerical and technical support, and record-keeping. These positions lead efforts to increase administrative efficiency and streamline operations when possible. Each position requires a minimum of three years office experience with significant multitasking and demonstrated proficiency with database and Microsoft Office software.

High school diploma required; undergraduate college degree preferred. Excellent organizational, oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills required, as well as the ability to work well with diverse individuals and groups. Complete job descriptions for both positions can be found at:

Executive Secretary to the Provost and Dean of the College
Academic Affairs has responsibility for shaping and evaluating academic programs and staff, guiding academic planning and faculty initiatives, and ensuring effective collaboration between the academic program and student life. This position serves primarily as secretary to the Provost and Dean of the College for Academic Affairs. This is a responsible position that performs complex secretarial work dealing with a wide variety of situations involving the clerical and administrative functions of the office and requires a high degree of individual judgment and initiative with minimal instruction or supervision. Operations Coordinator for Annual Giving and Stewardship/Donor Relations
The mission of Development and Alumni Relations is to inform external constituents of the college’s mission and goals; to involve them as volunteers in fulfilling the mission; and to inspire them to invest their resources in support of current objectives and future goals. This position will support efforts to implement a systematic and integrated donor-relations program. Primary responsibilities include coordinating operations, assisting with processes that strengthen relationships with donors, executing stewardship functions for annual giving programs, intaking and recording of all gifts, and assisting in the logistics and execution of events.
