What three items go in your desert island backpack? Freeze-dry ice cream, a notebook, and a pen.
What’s on your desert island jukebox? If it was temporary, I'd say the B52s, but for a long period of time, I would probably just find some coconuts or hollowed wood to make some sort of instrument instead.
Any do-over requests to lodge with the universe? Explain. I would like to go back and make more mistakes than I've made. They make for better explanations, better learning experiences, and better stories.
Favorite meal? Ice cream.
What can’t you live without? The next thing after oxygen or bones would be art and eccentric people.
Any advice? The line between what is work and fun should be very confusing when you look back on what you have completed.
What do you do in your free time? I "work/play" by choreographing, playing piano and banjo, watching Netflix movies, and searching for new opportunities to create.
If you could be reincarnated, what person/thing would you like to be? I wouldn't mind being a suburban-ly domesticated cat or dog or iguana, but right now I'm really into flamingos. They look like they know how to have a good time, but they also look pretty peaceful.
Who are your top-three fantasy dinner party guests? I would get a kick out of listening to an artist, an economist, and an anthropologist during a meal time.
What gets you up in the morning? My alarm, coffee, and then my latest project.
Who are your heroes? I don't think I have heroes. I get jealous of people's work and hope they take it as a compliment when I try to out-passion them.
Beatles or Stones? Beatles
What’s your favorite hidden gem here in the area? The Travel Agency. You don't see those very often because they're a little outdated, but it gives me an instantaneous feeling of nostalgia to see it.
What’s the number one thing on your bucket list? My "bucket" is like Mary Poppins’ bag. I keep putting endless things into it, but it stays about the same size.
What are you most looking forward to? The next very important decision I have to make.
