CornellName/year of graduation: Anthony Cornell’13
Hometown/residence: Dallas, Texas
Major: Creative writing
You may have seen me: Walking around campus with my hood up even though it was probably much too warm outside for such behavior.tpp
What are a few of your favorite things? I love poker, N64, and the NFL.
What’s on your desert island jukebox? Every album that At The Drive In, Bruce Springsteen, Reel Big Fish, Brand New, and Atmosphere ever released.
Favorite meal? I love a nice big calzone.
Any advice? If you are one of those people that worry about everything just make sure that you are taking care of yourself and your responsibilities first. It’s much easier to help take care of others when you are on top of your own game.
Who are your heroes? My father, Martin Luther King, Jr., and Doyle Brunson.
Which talent would you most like to have? I would love to be able to make prints. I think people that can create beautiful artwork are really lucky.
Beatles or Stones? Both (duh).
What’s the number one thing on your bucket list? To play in the World Series of Poker main event.
Proudest moment? When I received my Eagle Scout award with the Boy Scouts.
What are you most looking forward to? Christmas with my family and friends back in Texas.
