This spring break, break a sweat

Looking for a way to jump start your fitness routine? While students are away for spring break, you can be breaking a sweat with any number of special programming offered by the Beloit College Wellness Committee:

Monday, March 7
Walk Away the Pounds
Noon to 12:45 p.m.
Dance Studio, Sports Center
NOTE: W.A.T.P. will be held Monday, Wednesday, and Friday in the Dance Studio for the balance of the academic year and is open to anyone wishing to attend.

Wednesday, March 9
Weight Training: Understanding equipment and lifting alternatives

Friday, March 11
Wellness Boot Camp: Total body conditioning at all levels
