Second candidate for theatre position presents research

Beloit’s second candidate for the tenure-track position in theatre will present a research talk at 12:30 p.m. today (Wed.) in WAC South Lounge.

Jon Foley Sherman is currently Visiting Assistant Professor of Theatre Arts at Beloit

College, and will offer a presentation on “Plural Intimacy in Micropublic Performance.” He is a graduate of the Interdisciplinary Ph.D. in Theatre and Drama at Northwestern University. In addition, he was one of Jacques Lecoq’s last students at L’Ecole Internationale de Théâtre Jacques Lecoq in Paris and has studied theatre at Middlebury College and in London.
