Job posting: parts coordinator/office assistant

Beloit College is seeking a parts coordinator/office assistant for its physical plant department. This is a full-time position working with physical plant administrators, vendors, contractors, etc. to coordinate the procurement of goods and services for campus projects and/or repairs.

Additional responsibilities include providing clerical office support for the department. Previous office experience, competence with word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and e-mail software skills required; working knowledge of maintenance, grounds and housekeeping operations preferred. Candidates must have excellent organizational, oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, as well as the ability to work with diverse individuals and groups.
