It might be a little late in the game to get started, but with one day left of National Novel Writing Month, there's still plenty of time to encourage your writerly friends and classmates who may be participating, like Emily Kittell-Queller'13.
"This is my fourth year doing NaNo and second time doing it in college," she said. As of Friday, she was a few thousand words behind, "But it looks like I should be able to catch up pretty easily. I'm writing a novel about a haunted theater that started out pretty happy and not frightening until I got sick of my main character and killed her off my very first day of writing her."
Good luck to Emily and all other Beloiter NaNoWriMo writers headed into the final push!
