On Wednesday, September 6 at 7 p.m. in Richardson Lecture Hall, Dr. Mireya Loza, Curator of Political History at the Smithsonian Museum of American History, will offer a public talk entitled, "From Ephemeral to Enduring: The Politics of Recording and Exhibiting Bracero Memory". Loza's talk is based on the oral histories she did of Mexican braceros who worked in the United States during and after World War II.
